Located just off Mahoneys Rd with rail and bus access nearby and plenty of on-site parking, Dominance MMA Thomastown boasts state of the art facilities – including 200m2 of training mats, MMA cage walls, bag racks and shower and change room facilities.

We offer recreational and competitive training programs in both Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as well as Muay Thai and Freestyle Wrestling, with access to additional cross-training and professional MMA classes at our sister gyms in Bentleigh and Abbotsford as part of your membership. 

Our extensive timetable includes 32 classes running 6 days a week.
