Dominance MMA Bentleigh brings the coaching excellence and culture of Australia’s leading MMA team to Melbourne’s southeast. Since opening in 2020, we’ve grown a tight-knit community of martial artists, with experienced coaches and challenging but supportive training for anyone that is serious about learning.
We train hard, but we look after each other. We aim high, but stay grounded. Every beginner gets the same support and respect as our most experienced students.
We offer recreational and competitive training in Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and Freestyle Wrestling, with classes running mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
Our facility features 220m² in the main mat space, a smaller mat for focused sessions, a full-length bag rack, showers, change rooms, and a viewing area. We’re on North Road across from Duncan Mackinnon Reserve, with easy access to public transport and plenty of street parking.

BOOK YOUR TRIAL CLASS AT BENTLEIGH
All classes shown below are beginner-friendly and open for free trials. Just choose a session that suits your schedule, enter your details, and you’re booked.
If the participant is under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the booking using their own name and contact details. You’ll be able to enter the young person’s information in the participation form we’ll send after booking.
You’ll get two emails from us. One with everything you need to know for your trial – like where we are, what to bring, and what to expect – and another with a link to our participation form.
If we haven’t spoken on the phone yet, someone from our team will give you a quick call to confirm everything and make sure you’re ready to go for your trial. In the meantime, you can reach us on 0488 999 656.
