Dominance MMA Thomastown is built on high standards and strong team culture. Since 2015, we’ve been home to a tight-knit community of martial artists, experienced coaches, and challenging but supportive training for anyone serious about learning.
We train hard, but we look after each other. We aim high, but stay grounded. Every beginner gets the same support and respect as our most experienced students.
At Dominance Thomastown, we offer recreational and competitive training in Gi and No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Freestyle Wrestling, and Judo. Classes run lunches and evenings, with sessions six days a week.
Our facility features two separate, large matted spaces, allowing two classes to run at the same time. We also have a full-size Muay Thai ring, showers and change rooms, and plenty of parking.

BOOK YOUR TRIAL CLASS AT THOMASTOWN
All classes shown below are beginner-friendly and open for free trials. Just choose a session that suits your schedule, enter your details, and you’re booked.
If the participant is under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the booking using their own name and contact details. You’ll be able to enter the young person’s information in the participation form we’ll send after booking.
You’ll get two emails from us. One with everything you need to know for your trial – like where we are, what to bring, and what to expect – and another with a link to our participation form.
If we haven’t spoken on the phone yet, someone from our team will give you a quick call to confirm everything and make sure you’re ready to go for your trial. In the meantime, you can reach us on 0438 376 136.
Our Kids BJJ program is currently waitlisted, and Muay Thai has limited availability. These sessions can’t be booked through the portal – call or text us to check availability or join the waitlist. See you on the mats!
