DOMINANCE HQ Mid-Year Grading was a special one.
Everyone works incredibly hard, constantly pushing and supporting each other, and seeing so many new belts handed out was a pretty special reminder of how much progress we’re making as a team.

Daganda Hagan, who has been training with us since she was five years old, is now 16 and moves into the adult belt system as a blue belt. It’s amazing to look back on that journey, from starting with us as a young kid to now representing the team at the World Championships.

Cat Wilson – this brown belt was a particularly meaningful one for us. At 39, managing the gyms, wrangling two kids and pregnant with her third, she is still on the mats training and rolling – and still a beast. With everything she has going on, it’s no small feat to still be giving everyone a hard time on the mats 😛 This is a huge achievement and a very well-earned brown belt.
We’re so proud of each of these individuals, and of the teammates, coaches and training partners who have helped them reach these milestones. Well done everyone!
