This year has been jam packed with Jiu Jitsu events and comps, so it was great to finally be able to do our Dominance MMA Abbotsford 2023 Awards and White Strips grading. Better late than never!
Every year we recognise a hand full of individuals in the team for outstanding achievements, dedication to the process of improving and support of the team. It is a difficult task choosing the recipients because there are so many students these awards could go to- a testament to the technical level of the team and the culture.

We have a lot of hard working white belts who were well and truely due for an upgrade. These legends train with focus and consistency (not just the ones who striped up) so it was pleasure to be able to recognise that effort and progress. You all thoughtfully engage in the process and embrace the struggle. Well done!
