After their first week in #SanDiego, the team had a good hit out at the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation San Diego Spring International Open. Held just two weeks out from the IBJJF World Championships, this competition was stacked with high level competitors sharpening their games ahead of the big show ⚔️
With 5 athletes the Dominance MMA team took 6 medals and more importantly gained valuable insight to guide the final preparations in the lead up to Worlds and the International Masters Championship. The team will now finish their preparations Atos Jiujitsu HQ – San Diego, Ca before they head to the famed Pyramid in Long Beach. There, they will be joined by Ellen Thompson and Coach Dave Hart.
