Congratulations Dominance MMA Bentleigh kids! Our biggest grading yet. Gradings offer an opportunity for our youngest students to learn to balance expectations and acceptance of potential disappointment, as well as true pride for receiving something that has been earned through hard work and effort.
Well done to all those that graded, earning either well-deserved stripes or belts. We’re very proud to be able to coach you all and be part of your development, both personally and technically.
Special mention to Marcus N. and Willow who both received their Grey Belts, your attitude toward learning is commendable and you have made significant gains in your skill development. Also Marcus H., Fox, Zhenni, and Jake on getting their first coloured belts. All of you are becoming formidable little grapplers.
It has been awesome to watch the team as a whole develop into a room of practitioners who are creative and self-driven in their learning. There is a lot of potential on this mat and we look forward to continuing to develop it with you all.
